Heidi Symkowski
"Because of joining MCAI ten years ago when I was
new to Phoenix, I've developed professional
contacts, created a network of trusted vendors and
contractors, and even landed a new job. MCAI has
contributed to my life, so when asked to give back to
MCAI, I simply couldn't say no.
With a degree in Communications from Boston
University and a few years experience producing and
writing for a local cable TV station in New England, I
left the snow for Phoenix sunshine. In 1996 I joined
Choice Hotels to produce video and multimedia
training and was introduced to MCAI. After five
years, I moved on to my current position as producer,
scriptwriter, and now e-learning instructional
designer with Resolutions, a multimedia and e-learning
provider.
I look forward to adding my voice to the MCAI Board
as Membership Director, realizing that any
organization is only as valuable as what its members
contribute."
